Lucky Iron Fish

Lucky Iron Fish, with their innovative iron supplement needed a captivating brand to reel in their customers.

Lucky Iron Fish started supplying the product to developing countries, such as Cambodia and quickly gained widespread recognition around the globe. Featured on TedX and in MacLeans magazine, the team realized their was a bigger market who could benefit from the product.

Rebranding

We began by developing a new brand identity that was clean, modern and spoke to the market they were going after. The product would be carried in a variety of health and grocery stores and would be merchandised with iron supplements. We re-designed the logo to maintain the heritage of the original, with a new fresh look and feel. The new logo needed to be versatile and capable of working within many applications.

Package Design

With a minimal colour palette and strong graphics, our strategy was to have the product stand apart, but not look out of place. Being a completely unique product, it was important to make a splash in the sea of wellness products, yet maintain a sense of belonging on the shelf. From package design to graphics and an easy-to-understand instruction manual, we delivered a beautiful cohesive package for Lucky Iron Fish.

Success

O, The Oprah Magazine features the company on its “gratitude meter” as “most awesome.” Lucky Iron Fish won nine honors at the annual CLIO awards, the advertising industry’ most prestigious event, including the grand prize for health care campaigns. Lucky Iron Fish Enterprise (LIFe) announced on Oct. 25th, 2021 the completion of a $1 Million Series A funding, led by Danone Communities.
